Ltd. on behalf of its service divisions, including Website Pasal.

2. Purpose of the System

This platform functions strictly as an administrative infrastructure for billing, invoice tracking, tax compliance, recurring service renewals (such as domain extensions or maintenance), and formal support ticketing. Project development timelines and specific project deliverables are governed separately by your primary service contract.

3. Payment & System Suspension

All issued invoices must be settled according to the specified payment milestones. Digital Pasal Pvt. Ltd. utilizes automated billing workflows; failure to clear outstanding balances within the designated grace period may result in automated suspension of connected services or hosting accounts by the system.
